A simple customer journey that is easy for your team to manage

Customers can start a request from a public page or from their account, select only the relevant items and receive confirmation by email.

Your team then finds all the information organised in PrestaShop, ready to review the case and communicate a decision.

How a withdrawal request works

The module guides customers from identifying their order through to confirmation, while your team manages the next steps from PrestaShop.
Step 1. The customer opens the form

The form is available on a public store page, so customers who checked out without creating an account can also use it.

Step 2. They identify their order

Guest customers enter the order reference and the email address used for the purchase. Registered customers can view their eligible orders directly.

Step 3. They choose the items

The customer selects the items to include, checks their details and may add a reason for the request.

Step 4. They receive confirmation

After submitting the request, the customer receives confirmation with a summary of the selected items and the next steps defined by your store.

Step 5. Your team manages the request

From PrestaShop, your team reviews the details, approves or rejects the request and tracks its progress through to completion. Refunds continue to be handled through your store's usual process.

Adapt the module to the way your store works

You decide when a request can be submitted, which products can be included, what messages customers receive and how long the information is retained.
Independent settings for each store

In a multistore environment, each store can have its own rules, content, emails and retention periods. The included legal texts are a starting point and should be reviewed for every market.

Define when a request can be made

Choose whether the withdrawal period starts on the order or delivery date, and which order statuses allow a request to be submitted.

Decide which products are excluded

Apply exclusions by category or product feature and prevent duplicate requests for items that are already being processed.

Use your store's own voice

Customise the legal notice, explanations, FAQs, emails and return instructions for each language.

Keep your team's work organised

View pending, approved, rejected or completed requests, filter the information, review the history and export data whenever needed.

Stay in control of module data

Allow customers to request a copy or deletion of the data stored by the module itself. Before uninstalling, the module creates a backup of its tables.

More than a withdrawal form

Beyond organising the withdrawal process, the module improves traceability, makes customer communication easier and protects your store's core data.
Accessible to guest customers too

Customers do not need to create an account to exercise their right of withdrawal. They only need the details used for their purchase.

All the information, inside PrestaShop

Your team can see the status of each case, the affected items, the reason, customer communications and who made each decision.

Privacy requests without putting store data at risk

Access and deletion requests are limited to information stored by the module. PrestaShop customers, orders, invoices and accounting records remain untouched.

Built-in protection for public forms

The module includes CSRF protection, anti-bot and abuse controls, responses that do not reveal whether an order exists, and download links that expire after use.

Requirements and compatibility

The module is designed for current PrestaShop stores and requires:
  • PrestaShop 8.0.0–9.x
  • PHP 8.1 or later
  • MySQL 5.6+ or MariaDB
  • JSON and ZIP extensions
  • Multistore and multilingual support
