Step 1. Download the free PrestaShop module

Step 2. Install the module in PrestaShop

Log in to your PrestaShop back office, open the module manager and upload the downloaded ZIP file.

Step 4. Authorize the integration in Gorgias

Update the previous Gorgias module for PrestaShop

Follow this process if you already installed an earlier version of the integration from the PrestaShop Addons marketplace.
Updating the module ensures that your store uses the version maintained and distributed directly by BlueAnt Solutions.

Before updating

Create a backup of your store files and database. Review any existing configuration or customized macros before replacing the previous module.
